1. all trades are short-term until proven otherwise
2. always look at the candlestick to determine sell (in short term trading)
3. some stage 2 have very long transition S1-S2 area which are flat for months. avoid buying in this flat area. buy only when S2 confirmed (but how to know?)
4. hypothesis 1 : wait for when price, 20 MA, 50 MA, 200 MA, all starts to diverge from each other. this is the beginning of the mountain. then wait for price pullbacks to 20 MA. see trading practice 0004 (bertam aug 2010)
5. great mountains have long flat S2
