-serum bil blood level

-know mother blood gp (O → more risk)
-other risks
eg - PROM more or less than 18 hrs,
how many benzylpenicillin doses

call SCN
-i have one baby to refer for NNJ, currently at X hours OL, born on X
noted jaundice at X, blood taken at X shows X level
G6PD status normal/abn

mother antenatally this and that...
blood group X
(and other risk factors)

*makesure take blood fast, trace fast, refer fast (not too long after took blood!!)
